Adobe LiveCycle Training

Learn from Adobe-Certified Experts

LiveCycle Process Management Specialist

Description

This workshop focuses on some of the more advanced features of automating a user-centric process with Adobe LiveCycle ES4. The first two days consist of lectures and demonstrations combined with a series of exercises that build towards creating a multi-user clinical trial review process. Topics covered include dynamically assigning tasks to users, parallel routing, handling data, handling attachments, using events, participating in a process via email, and task permissions. On the third day there is a self-paced lab. During this lab, you will build a solution that meets a specific set of requirements. The workshop uses Adobe LiveCycle Workbench ES4, which is the integrated development environment (IDE) for creating LiveCycle ES4 applications. You will also spend time testing your application in the new HTML version of Adobe LiveCycle Workspace.

This class will feature the new LiveCycle ES4 features including the new HTML forms capabilities and the new HTML Workspace application. As a SmartDoc bonus, you will also see a demonstration of a customized version of the LiveCycle Workspace mobile app on an Apple iPad. This app enables your field workers to take their forms and tasks with them on an Apple iPad. Your field workers can complete LiveCycle HTML forms and workflow tasks even when they are disconnected from the Internet. We will demonstrate how a user can complete forms and tasks in the clinical trial application directly on an iPad.
