Adobe LifeCycle

Adobe LiveCycle is often referred to as Adobe LifeCycle

Adobe LiveCycle, officially known as Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite 4 (ES4), is an enterprise-level document and form platform developed by Adobe Systems that enables enterprises and government agencies to collect and process information. The platform includes LiveCycle Designer, an advanced form design and development tool that creates electronic forms that can be rendered as PDF files or HTML web forms. LiveCycle Server is an SOA Java EE server software product used to build applications that automate a broad range of business processes with forms and documents.

Adobe LiveCycle has been rebranded to Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Adobe Systems has moved the Adobe LiveCycle platform to Adobe Experience Manager Forms (AEM Forms). It is now part of a larger class of enterprise marketing solutions under Adobe Experience Cloud. Core support for Adobe LiveCycle ES4 ends in March 2018 and it is recommended that LiveCycle customers upgrade to AEM Forms.
